Orienta is part of Distretto Italia, the project that involves the most important Italian companies and the major training centers in the country.
Together, we want to create a room for young ambitious people that dream big and want to build their future consciously. We aim to give new life to manual labor jobs, because we believe it is important that young people are also present in these industries.
The project is driven by three keywords: orientation, training, work.
Distretto Italia created a three-sided strategy that starts from schools, straight from students, parents and teachers. Our goal is to show them the range of growth possibilities that exist, in order to widen their perspective and help them choose the best path for themselves.
The second action is training. Distretto Italia built four different education paths that teach students how to deal with a manual labor job. For several weeks, they are guided through a training course focused especially on practical skills.
As a last step, students meet companies, an important occasion to spur the beginning of their career
Building the future of young people in Italy is the goal pursued by Distretto Italia. We are only at the beginning.
