Our history

Being different, being strong.

In 2018, Vincent Girma, CEO of RAS Group, decided to visit various HR firms across Europe in search of companies that shared similar values, vision, and service quality. Their mission: to form a strategic alliance that would enable them to provide local HR solutions to companies based in different European countries.

Thus, in 2019, an agreement was signed in Paris, France, that led to the creation of Eurotemps: a European Economic Interest Grouping. It was formed by four groups recognized in their respective countries as major players in the field of human resources: the RAS Group, the Orienta Group, the ASAP Group, and the Talenter Group.

The process of organizing and establishing the group had barely begun when, in 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic struck, bringing the launch of activities at the European level to a standstill.

In 2022, efforts resumed and resources were bolstered to launch operations in Europe. Processes, organizational structures, and initiatives are being implemented to raise customer awareness of the service options available in Europe.
