September marked the start of important new projects for Orienta.The Group has always stood out not only for its services of search and selection, temporary working and outsourcing, but also for its constant commitment to training.
Orienta pays special attention to the creation of courses that cover those areas of the labor market where there is a greater shortage of specialized profiles. In the coming weeks, courses to become Car Body Technicians and Catering Workers are starting, two courses carried out together with leading companies in their sector. This will allow participants not only to benefit from the teachings of experienced teachers, but also to get noticed by companies and be able to enter the world of work directly at the end of the course.
Academies of this kind have had a place in Orienta for years. One among them is the one related to the Energie per Crescere project, organized by Enel and Elis and aimed at training young workers in the world of energy transition.
