During August and September 2022, Orienta Czech has been involved in an international project between the Czech Republic and the Philippines
On behalf of three major Czech clients, our recruiters flew to Manila to conduct a large-scale recruitment campaign for professional workers in the engineering sector over the course of several weeks.
Clients were looking for three types of candidates: production operators, welders, and CNC operators.
In collaboration with a recruitment partner based in the Philippines, Orienta Czech selected the best resumes for in-person interviews in Manila, followed by a meeting with the company. After these initial days, the candidates took written and practical tests to assess their skills and knowledge.
Over the course of several days, recruiters assessed candidates to evaluate their potential and skills, meeting with more than 250 candidates and testing their abilities through various practical exercises, such as welding and assembling car seats.
At the end of 2022, Orienta Czech conducted another recruitment drive in the Philippines and is now ready to head abroad once again to continue supporting the hiring of skilled foreign workers by major Czech companies.
