It was on August 11, 1999 that we broke ground on this business venture. First we were Lusotemp, then Talenter™ and now we are Wellow™.
The history of our group is told from this date, as important in the future as in the past!
We have gone through many changes, but our goal remains solid: to be the meeting point between the ambitions of people and the needs of companies.
Over the past year, we have implemented a new management model, which has allowed for greater autonomy and focus on each department and area, as well as greater individual and team accountability. It was a year full of challenges, but also of achievements.
Thanks to many years of work and many talents, today we are a reference in the Portuguese market in the recruitment, selection and interim segment. And this is a position we do not want to relinquish!
