It was on August 11, 1999, that we laid the foundation for this business venture. We started out as Lusotemp, then became Talenter™, and now we are Wellow™.
Our group’s story begins on this date, which is just as significant for the future as it is for the past!
We have undergone many changes, but our goal remains steadfast: to be the meeting point between people’s ambitions and companies’ needs.
Over the past year, we have implemented a new management model, which has allowed for greater autonomy and a stronger focus on each department and sector, as well as increased individual and team accountability. It was a year full of challenges, but also of achievements.
Thanks to many years of hard work and a wealth of talent, we are now a leader in the Portuguese market in the recruitment, selection, and temporary staffing sectors. And this is a position we have no intention of relinquishing!
