This year, the Orienta Group gathered in Rimini for its annual meeting, which brings together colleagues from all divisions and subsidiaries, both in Italy and abroad. The meeting, which took place from October 18 to 20, provided an opportunity for all employees to spend three days together, filled with new ideas and discussions, while also sharing the goals achieved this year and those to be set for the coming months.
Beyond work, the Orienta meeting is also all about fun. Thanks to a team-building event created and organized by WeCare, an Italian nonprofit that carries out humanitarian projects around the world, the entire company headed to the beach for a treasure hunt filled with creativity, competition, and, above all, solidarity. Each game helped collect prizes—basic necessities—for people in need in Italy and abroad.
The meeting also served as an opportunity to celebrate Orienta’s 30th anniversary, a milestone that reflects the company’s history and success, and from which the company can build its goals for the coming year, grounding them in a shared vision rooted in innovative ideas capable of addressing the future challenges of the human resources sector.
