Orienta, one of Italy's leading recruitment firms, is continuing its expansion in Switzerland with the acquisition of Fledro Personal Consulting, a temporary staffing agency founded in Basel in 2014 and specializing in the construction and IT sectors.
This transaction comes two years after the acquisition of Orizzonte SA, a company based in the Canton of Ticino with over 22 years of experience, 600 clients, and more than 5,000 workers placed.
The acquisition of Fledro positions Orienta Suisse as one of the leading temporary staffing firms in the Canton of Ticino and German-speaking Switzerland, thereby expanding its geographic reach and bringing it closer to its strategic development goals. This move also strengthens the group’s international focus, as it already has a presence in Poland and the Czech Republic.
According to Giuseppe Biazzo, CEO of the Orienta Group, this acquisition reaffirms the group’s goal of becoming a major player in the European market. The European expansion will also support the growth of the group’s Italian subsidiaries with a strong international focus, such as the HealthCare division, which provides nurses and healthcare staff to hospitals and nursing homes in the United Kingdom and other European countries.
