Orienta, one of Italy's leading employment agencies, continues its growth in Switzerland with the acquisition of Fledro Personal Consulting, a temporary placement company founded in Basel in 2014 and specialized in construction and IT sectors.
This transaction comes two years after the purchase of Orizzonte SA, a company in the Canton of Ticino with more than 22 years of experience, 600 clients and more than 5 thousand workers placed.
The acquisition of Fledro allows Orienta Suisse to become one of the leading temporary placement companies in the Canton of Ticino and German-speaking Switzerland, improving territorial coverage and moving closer to its strategic development goals. This move also consolidates the international vocation of the group, which is already present in Poland and the Czech Republic.
According to Giuseppe Biazzo, CEO of Orienta Group, this acquisition confirms the group's goal of becoming a major player in the European market. The European expansion will also enhance the growth of Italian branches with a strong international vocation, such as the HealthCare division, which supplies nurses and healthcare staff to hospitals and nursing homes in the United Kingdom and other European countries.
