The branch is involved in the Italian technological market as a support for companies and talents. To overcome the difficulties related to the ICT sector, Orienta Digital presented an innovative solution called « Programmare è un gioco da ragazze ».

This is a 240-hours education program that provides the basis for programming. It is addressed to young women graduated in humanistic studies that want to expand their skills and catch new opportunities.
Why a course dedicated to women only?
Women graduated in ICT studies are only 17%, while men are 36%. In the work industry, the presence of women lowers even to 16%. These data show that many female talents do not find a place in technological and IT education programs or careers. Therefore, it is paramount to enable them to get access to these paths through new possibilities.
Why choose a hybrid profile, between programming and humanistic studies?
Humanistic background students can analyze technological processes from a different point of view. Such logic capability, together with linguistic and argumentative ones, makes these people highly valuable and interesting for companies, which can finally build a team of specialized and, in particular, adaptable experts.
