This year, Orienta Group met in Rimini for the annual meeting that gathers the colleagues from all the divisions and branches, both in Italy and abroad. The encounter, which took place from the 18th to the 20th of October, was the occasion for all the coworkers to spend three days together full of new ideas and debates, sharing also the goals that were reached this year and those that will be settled for the upcoming months.
Beyond work, Orienta’s meeting is also about having fun. Thanks to the team building created and organized by WeCare, a nonprofit Italian organization that realizes humanitarian projects all over the world, the entire company went to the beach for a treasure hunt full of creativity, competition and, above all, solidarity. Each game contributed to collecting prizes, which were necessity goods addressed to poor people in Italy and abroad.
The meeting was also the opportunity to celebrate Orienta’s 30th birthday, an objective that depicts the history of the company and its success, from which the business can build its next year’s goals and base them on a shared perspective made of innovative ideas that can overcome the future challenges of the HR sector.
