The Orienta Group was founded in 1993, and since then, we have been committed to helping people grow and to serving as a driving force for innovation in human resources.

We specialize in human resources administration, recruitment and selection services, staffing, training, and outsourcing, as well as executive search through Exeor.

Passion, commitment, customer focus, and consistency in achieving our goals have guided us for more than 25 years: today, we have more than 55 branches in Italy, 4 in Poland, 2 in Switzerland, and 4 in the Czech Republic.

In 2016, it was included in the Elite Program of Borsa Italiana, the international platform of the London Stock Exchange Group created with the aim of supporting the best Italian companies in an increasingly synergistic way and which aims to accelerate the growth of companies through an innovative path of organizational development.

In 2021, Orienta became the first employment agency to become a for-profit company, with a commitment to pursuing social, environmental, and regional objectives and goals. Also in 2021, it became the first employment agency to receive “Dyslexia Friendly” certification from the AID, the Italian Dyslexia Association.

Orienta’s expansion into European markets began in 2015 with the launch of Orienta Polska. With branches in Wrocław, Katowice, Warsaw, and Łódź, the Group’s new company is responsible for managing operations in Poland. As an employment agency, Orienta Polska offers temporary and permanent staffing services, recruitment and selection services, and training.

In 2021, the Orienta Group opened new branches in Lugano and Bellinzona, giving rise to Orienta Switzerland. Orienta Czech was launched in the Czech Republic in 2021, promoting and expanding Orienta's reach on the continent. Orienta Czech’s offices in Brno, Ostrava, Plzeň, and Prague are aligned with the Group’s other companies on key issues such as training future candidates, recruiting staff, and temporary staffing. In addition, they pay particular attention to the aerospace and aviation sectors.
