The importance of gender equality at Orienta

At the end of 2022, Orienta got the prestigious certification of Gender Equality, an accolade synonym for care, responsibility and social sustainability.

Diversity and inclusion are two core values for Orienta, a company that aims at the rise of both sexes’ contributions, in order to create a balanced and heterogeneous context.

At Orienta, gender equality is internally cultivated from the first interviews with future employees of the company. Recruiters are well educated on gender equality and cognitive biases that may have a negative impact on the selection processes. The Gender Equality certification has been officially created in 2021 with art. 4 of Law 162/2021 and Orienta is the first Employment Agency to receive it.
