The importance of gender equality at Orienta

At the end of 2022, Orienta received the prestigious gender equality certification, which signifies commitment, responsibility, and social sustainability.

Diversity and inclusion are two core values for Orienta, a company that aims to enhance the contributions of both genders in order to create a balanced and diverse environment.

At Orienta, gender equality is fostered internally starting with the very first interviews with prospective employees. The gender equality certification was officially established in 2021 under Article 4 of Law 162/2021, and Orient is the first employment agency to receive it.
