At the end of 2022, Orienta got the prestigious certification of Gender Equality, an accolade synonym for care, responsibility and social sustainability.

The Gender Equality certification has been officially created in 2021 with art. 4 of Law 162/2021 and Orienta is the first Employment Agency to receive it.
